AVESIS (Academic Data Management System)

AVESIS is an abbreviation for Academic Data Management System. AVESIS is an automation software that enables institutions to exhibit effective and strategic management thanks to its functional modules for various purposes such as creating academic inventories, providing personal web pages for researchers, generating instant or periodic activity reports and statistical information. AVESIS is a system used to measure, evaluate, and improve the academic performance of universities.

DAPSIS (External Funding Project Process System)

DAPSIS is an abbreviation for External Funding Project Process System. DAPSIS is an automation software that tracks and manages the processes of externally funded research projects supported by national or international institutions or organizations outside the university and in which university academic staff participate. With DAPSIS, processes such as project application, evaluation, acceptance, implementation, reporting, procurement, accounting, and archiving can be easily performed.

BAPSIS (Scientific Research Project Process Management System)

BAPSIS is a process management system that allows all academic, administrative, and financial processes carried out within the Higher Education Institutions Scientific Research Projects (BAP) Coordination Units to be conducted electronically. With BAPSIS, processes such as project application, evaluation, acceptance, implementation, reporting, procurement, accounting, and archiving can be easily performed.

OMU LABSIS

The aim is to determine the laboratory infrastructure and analytical capabilities of our university, to ensure the visibility of services that can be provided as a university as a result of collaborations between the university and industry, and to provide easy access to the laboratory infrastructure for university academic staff.

With APSIS, faculty members can record their activities such as publications, projects, patents, awards, and consultancy work throughout the year and calculate their academic performance scores.

UNIKYS is an abbreviation for University Quality Management System. UNIKYS is an automation software used in universities to manage, monitor, and improve quality processes. With UNIKYS, universities can perform data entry, reporting, and analysis on issues such as academic performance evaluation, document management, feedback collection, corrective and preventive actions, student affairs, and student satisfaction.

OMU AVYS (Academic Data Management System)

Ondokuz Mayıs University AVYS Academic Data Management System is an automation software that enables institutions to exhibit effective and strategic management thanks to its functional modules for various purposes such as creating an academic inventory, providing personal web pages for researchers, generating instant or periodic activity reports and statistical information. With AVYS, OMU academics can record their activities such as publications, projects, patents, awards, editorship, peer review, thesis supervision, and course grades during the year and calculate their academic performance scores1. In addition, information such as the introduction of associate, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs offered by OMU, course content, and the academic calendar can also be accessed through AVYS.

UZEM AIS (Candidate Application System)

This is an automation system that enables the management of candidate application processes in exam organizations. This system allows applications for multiple languages ​​and centers, enables credit card payments through virtual POS integrations, and allows candidates to generate QR code-based entry and exam result certificates. It also works integrated with an identity verification system.

EBS Program Information Package

The OMÜ Program Information Package is a service offered to students of Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMÜ). The Program Information Package is a website that provides information on the university's associate degree, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs, their aims, learning outcomes, course content, measurement and evaluation methods, academic calendar, registration procedures, student affairs, scholarship opportunities, international programs, internship opportunities, and alumni coordination. The Alumni Information System is a website created by OMU to facilitate communication and collaboration with its graduates, collect and evaluate data related to graduates, inform them about alumni events, and institutionalize the ties between graduates and the university.1 Graduates registered in the Alumni Information System can contact the university's academic and administrative units, benefit from the services offered by the alumni coordination office, be informed about career opportunities, join alumni associations and societies, make donations to the university, and update information about their department or program of graduation.

OMU Societies Information System (CIS)

The OMU Societies Information System is a service offered by OMU to its students. The Communities Information System is a website that provides information on the social, cultural, professional, sports, and scientific communities operating within the university, including their introduction, events, announcements, membership procedures, and governing boards. Students who register with the Communities Information System can become members of communities they are interested in, participate in events organized by communities, take part in community management, and establish new communities.
