OMU and TÜGVA sign a cooperation protocol for student development
A cooperation protocol was signed between Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) and the Türkiye Youth Foundation (TÜGVA) to contribute to the academic and social development of university students.
The protocol, signed by OMU Rector Prof. Dr. Fatma Aydın and TÜGVA Samsun Provincial Representative Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serhat Erail, was attended by TÜGVA Samsun Universities Coordinator Özkan Yıldız.
Within the scope of the agreement, it is planned to implement the “İhtisas Akademi (Specialization Academy) Project,” carried out by TÜGVA, in cooperation with OMU. The project aims to raise awareness among university students regarding national and international issues, support them with academic training in this direction, and enhance their social consciousness.
In addition, the project seeks to encourage students to engage in scientific production, contribute to the academic literature, and create opportunities for effective collaboration across different fields.
Through this cooperation, OMU and TÜGVA are expected to carry out joint projects that will support the multifaceted development of young people and strengthen academic and social interaction.
