Call Center Students Visit Yapı Kredi Call Center

Ondokuz Mayıs University continues to bring together students and the sector. In this context, second graders of Çarşamba Commodity Exchange Vocational School Call Center Services Department visited Yapı Kredi Customer Contact Center. The aim of the visit was to familiarize the students with the sector and to introduce the students to the corporations in which they will be working for in the near future.

During the visit, Samsun Call Management Director Mehmet Yeni, Gold Services Director Kudret Devrin, and Emel Güven Kuzgun conveyed information on Yapı Kredi Customer Contact Center which is one of the leading enterprises in the sector. They also laid emphasis on the importance of communication and the trainings related to it; mentioned the visions, values, strategies and their differences; and gave examples on motivational works. In addition, the directors talked about the career opportunities at the Call Center; explained the procedures the students must complete during their job applications and the qualities the students must possess; and answered student questions. Çarşamba Commodity Exchange Vocational School graduates Cihan Armutçu and Doğan Kurnaz who are working at the Call Center also shared their experiences. Students then had the chance to visit the departments of the call center where approximately 550 employees are working.

Head of Çarşamba Commodity Exchange Vocational School Call Center Services Department Serkan Varan, Head of Banking and Finance Department Abdülkadir Eryılmaz, and Academician Mürsel Kan accompanied the students during their visit.
