As part of the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) organized by the Erasmus Coordination Office within the Office of International Relations at Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU), 26 students from six different countries came together at the University's Kurupelit Campus.

During a campus tour organized within the program, the participants visited the Central Library, where they were introduced to its academic and technological facilities.

Accompanied by Lecturer Ethem Olukcuoğlu, Academic Advisor for User Services, the students received an overview of the library's services, including the LIBRA library automation system, electronic databases, digital resources, and research support services.

Introducing Accessible Learning Resources

During the visit, the international students also toured the Disability Support Unit within the Central Library.

Staff members Tuba Kanık and Aysel Serttaş introduced the technical equipment and support services available to students with disabilities, providing participants with an overview of the University's commitment to accessible learning.

The visit offered Erasmus+ students the opportunity to experience OMU's modern learning environment firsthand while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the University's information and research infrastructure.

The Erasmus Coordination Office of the Office of International Relations expressed its appreciation to the Department of Library and Documentation for its cooperation and valuable contributions to the successful implementation of the program.
