Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) organized an iftar program on the first day of Ramadan. The program, coordinated by the OMU Department of Health, Culture and Sports, was held at the OMU Life Center Dining Hall at iftar time.

Head of the Department of Health, Culture and Sports Selman Aslan also attended the program and joined students at the same table. It was stated that iftar meals will continue to be held with students every weekday throughout Ramadan, highlighting the joy of togetherness and sharing as part of the OMU family.

The program has been planned to host 1,500 students daily free of charge, in line with the seating capacity of the dining hall. Throughout the month of Ramadan, the aim is to enable students to break their fast on campus in an atmosphere of unity and solidarity.
