Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) has been ranked in four subject rankings of the 2023 Times Higher Education World University Rankings by Subject, published by Times Higher Education (THE), which is considered one of the most prestigious ranking organizations in the world. 

OMU placed in the 801+ category in Clinical and Health, 1001+ in Engineering, 801–1000 in Life Sciences, and 1001+ in Physical Sciences.
