I sincerely thank each of you for the commitment you have shown and the value you have added to the system.”

Education Coordinator Prof. Dr. Emine Şendurur emphasized that regular reporting and monthly meetings of working groups ensure sustainable coordination among academic units. Şendurur remarked, “Our collaborative production model supported by students enables a continuously learning and dynamically improving structure. Conducting this process with professional discipline gives us great confidence for the future of Ondokuz Mayıs University.”

Recognition presented to contributing students

At the end of the meeting, students who actively supported educational monitoring and improvement activities were awarded appreciation certificates. The program continued with collecting student feedback for future initiatives and concluded with a commemorative photograph.

Systematic follow-up and continuous improvement

The student working groups plan actions in line with the objectives of OMU’s strategic plan, implement these actions, and report outcomes to the Coordinatorship. Students work in cooperation with measurement and evaluation commissions within academic units and the Unit Education Commissions (BEKK), taking an active part in the improvement of educational outputs and institutional quality assurance.
