Ondokuz Mayıs University Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center (OMÜ-TÜRKÇE) brought together international students learning Turkish at a meeting event.

In the meeting event in the garden of OMÜ-TÜRKÇE, international students coming to OMÜ from different countries met and mingled with each other and also had a chance to practice their beginner-level Turkish.

Addressing the students at the meeting event, OMÜ-TURKISH Director Prof. Dr. Bekir Şişman stated that they believe that international students will learn Turkish properly and said, "We are proud that you have chosen OMU. We will do our best to convey the subtleties of Turkish to you. For this reason, we plan to enrich Turkish teaching with social and cultural activities. We will always be there for you with your problems. Welcome to Samsun and our University."
