Prof. Dr. Ayşenur Büyükgöze Kavas, a faculty member at the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling at Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) School of Education, has been invited to join the editorial board of The Career Development Quarterly. Published by Wiley, this journal is under the umbrella of the National Career Development Association in the United States, making her the first researcher from Türkiye to receive such an invitation.

Prof. Dr. Kavas has previously distinguished herself internationally in her fields of expertise, career counseling, and vocational psychology, by being the first Turkish researcher on the editorial boards of respected SSCI-indexed journals such as the Journal of Vocational Behavior (Elsevier), Journal of Career Assessment (Sage), and the Australian Journal of Career Development (Sage).
