The newly appointed rector of OMU, Prof. Dr. Sait Bilgiç, starts with attending the contact meeting regarding student enrolments.

OMU 2016-2017 Academic Year student enrolments, contact meeting, and orientation seminars have started. Prof. Dr. Sait Bilgiç, who has just assumed his duty, met with newly enrolled students and the representatives of the Student Council. Rector Bilgiç gave information about the university to the new students and their families in the meeting that took place at Atatürk Congress and Culture Centre. Underlining the fact that the primary goal of the university is to raise the students as individuals who love their motherland, nation, and flag; and who use their minds in this direction, Rector Bilgiç mentioned that the students will learn their professions as individuals who will take initiative, and who will be conscious and sensitive about the issues regarding the country.
